Oman Pavilion set to receive visitors to “Expo 2020 Dubai” from 1 October

Muscat: Oman Pavilion is all set to receive visitors to “Expo 2020 Dubai” starting from 1 October 2021 until the 31st March 2022.

In a statement ONA said: The Sultanate is completing its preparations to participate in Expo 2020 Dubai, and the Omani pavilion is ready to receive visitors to the Expo, which will start next Friday and continue until March 31, 2022, with the participation of 191 countries and regional and international organizations under the slogan “Connecting Minds and Creating the Future”.

His Excellency Mohsen bin Khamis Al Balushi, Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and Commissioner-General of the Sultanate at Expo 2020 Dubai: The Sultanate seeks, through the Dubai Expo, to engage the world in finding innovative solutions to meet the challenges facing humanity and maximize the desired gains for the Sultanate at all levels.

His Excellency added, in a statement to the Oman News Agency, that the participation aims to highlight the Sultanate as a distinct destination for tourism and doing business, highlighting the Omani identity and the ancient Omani heritage rich in many legacies, and promoting investment opportunities in various sectors.

As part of the preparations for the Sultanate’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai, His Excellency Qais Al Yousuf, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment and Chairman of the Main Committee supervising the Oman’s participation, visited Oman pavilion on Sunday, said in a statement the Official Account of Oman Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai

During the visit, His Excellency Qais Al Yousef also met with Her Excellency Reem Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of the Expo 2020 Dubai.
