    • Oman Police arrest 1 in possession of 26 kg of hashish, drugs

    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested an Asian resident in the Wilayat of Seeb for smuggling and possessing over 26 kg of hashish, morphine and crystal and 17,600 tablets of psychotropic substances.

    In a statement ROP said: “The General Directorate for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control has arrested an Asian resident in the Wilayat of Seeb on charges of smuggling and possessing more than 26 kilograms of hashish, morphine and crystal, in addition to more than 17,600 tablets of psychotropic substances with the intention of being trafficked.”
