Oman Police arrest two people for possessing counterfeit currency

Muscat: Two people of Asian nationality have been arrested in Musandam Governorate on charges of counterfeiting foreign currency, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced on Monday.

In a statement ROP said: “The Coast Guard Police in Musandam Governorate arrested two people of Asian nationality on charges of possessing counterfeit foreign currency, and completed the legal procedures against them.”
