Oman Quality Conference 2023 kicks off tomorrow

Muscat: The “Oman Quality Conference 2023” and the accompanying exhibition, organized by the Petroleum Development Oman Company and held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, will begin tomorrow, Sunday, to discuss many administrative topics, including local and international follow-up and audit policies, the work environment, and human resources.

The opening ceremony of the conference is sponsored by His Excellency Engineer Saeed bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.

The three-day conference, with the participation of a number of experts, specialists and researchers in the energy sector, reviews the latest innovations, trends and challenges related to quality management in the oil and gas sectors in the Sultanate of Oman.

The conference includes several working papers and discussion sessions related to laying the foundations for quality management, ensuring the quality of materials for oil and gas operations, the latest developments in quality management systems, and ensuring data quality.

The conference aims to exchange experiences and ideas among participants, build professional relationships with specialists in quality management, and learn about products and services that can contribute to improving the quality of operations in the energy sector. About 40 speakers from different countries of the world, about 20 exhibitors and nearly 300 participants will participate in the conference and the accompanying exhibition.
