Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman ranked third in the Middle East and North Africa in renewable energy, 15th among emerging economies, and 38th globally, according to the 2021 Climate Scope assessment published by Bloomberg Agency.
In a statement Oman news agency said: The evaluation included 136 countries worldwide and focused on investment conditions in diversifying energy sources, as it assesses the ability of countries to attract capital for low-carbon technologies while building a greener economy.
