    The Sultanate of Oman recorded a 35% increase in the number of Russian tourists this year, after the resumption of direct flights between Moscow and Muscat.

    “Thanks to the resumption of direct flights between Moscow and Muscat, Oman has become among the favorite tourist destinations for Russians,” the “Novosti” agency quoted an informed source as saying.

    “We are witnessing a significant increase in bookings for tourist trips, compared to last season, by 35%.” Agency added.
