Muscat: The highest temperature recorded during the last 24 hours in Oman was at Barka station, according to the Oman Meteorology
A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said: “Barka station recorded 45 degrees celsius as the highest temperature recorded in the country during 24hours was on 6th Friday. Barka was followed by Sur 44.7° Celsius, Al Amerat 44.3° Celsius, Hamra Ad Duru 44.3° Celsius, Wadi Al Maawil 44.2° Celsius, Bidbid 44.0° Celsius, Rustaq 43.8° Celsius, Dema wa Taeen 43.7° Celsius
