Oman reports 4,166 COVID-19 cases, 3 new deaths

Muscat: Oman’s Ministry of Health announced on Sunday the registration of 4,166 COVID-19 infections with three new deaths and the recovery of 2,031 cases during the past 3 days.

This raised the country’s death toll to 4,128.

The number of people infected with COVID-19 in 3 days

Within 3 days, the ministry of health recorded 4,166 new cases of infection, with 1,708 cases on Thursday, 1,143 cases on Friday, and 1,315 cases on Saturday.

The total number of people infected with “Covid 19” since the beginning of the pandemic has increased to 322,438 cases.

The ministry of health reports 3 deaths were recorded in three days, bringing the total deaths in the Sultanate with this virus to 4,128 deaths, or 1.3%.

The number of recoveries in the Sultanate within 3 days

The number of new recoveries reached 2,031 in the past 3 days, bringing the total of those recovered to 305,675 cases, and the recovery rate is 94.8%.

The number of inpatients with “Covid-19” within 3 days

The report included the registration of 48 cases of inpatients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of inpatients to 168 cases, including 18 cases in intensive care.
