Oman, Saudi Arabia Review Products Safety System

Muscat: Dr. Saleh Said Masn, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion for Commerce and Industry received in his office today Eng. Saud Al Askar, Deputy Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

The two sides reviewed the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of business, industry, standards and metrology.

They also discussed several matters of common interest. The two sides touched on the products safety system between Oman and Saudi Arabia, as well as the project of the joint matching system.

Both sides explored means of facilitating trade exchange and easing the flow of goods and products between the two countries.
