Oman School Sports Association (OSSA) organizes schools sailing championships

Al Mussanah: The Oman School Sports Association organized the School Sailing Championship in cooperation with the Oman Sail Foundation in Al Mussanah Sports City, with the participation of (70) participants who competed in four categories.

The tournament witnessed the participation of Al Musannah School in the South Al Batinah Governorate, Sur School in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, and Al Mouj School in the Muscat Governorate, and the closing ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Khamis bin Salem Al Jabri, CEO of the Oman Sail Foundation.

The sponsor of the ceremony honored the winners of the first three places in each competition. The results of the advanced Optimist boat category race came with Mohammed bin Saeed Al Qartoubi winning first place, and in the high performance Optimist boats category, Tamim bin Sulaiman Al Balushi won first place.

In the Optimist High Performance Category race for females, Tarteel bint Ziyad Al Hasaniyah took first place, and in the Optimist High Performance Category race for under (12) years, Mohammed bin Ziyad Al Qasimi won first place, and in the Elka (4) race for males, Abdul Latif bin Ziyad Al Qasimi won first place. Elka Race (6): Overall standings for males, first place was won by Elias bin Badr Al-Fadhli.
