Muscat: In light of recent developments concerning the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Foreign Ministry reaffirmed the fundamental principles
underpinning the foreign policy of the Sultanate of Oman, which are rooted in full support for international law and respect for the sovereignty and independence of states.
In a statement issued today, the Foreign Ministry called upon all parties concerned to exercise maximum restraint and to prioritize dialogue as a means to prevent further escalation and to achieve reconciliation.
