Muscat: The Supreme Committee decides to allow the re-practice of selling in traditional and popular markets: (sales by calling, landings and selling in open spaces), with a commitment to wearing masks, avoiding crowding in sales sites and adhering to physical distancing.

Despite the stability of the epidemiological situation in the Sultanate, the committee noted the lack of commitment by some members of society to the regulations approved by the competent authorities by holding social occasions such as holding the marriage ceremony, weddings, mourning and others in many locations such as mosques, wedding halls and councils without requiring the two doses of the vaccine and not committing to wearing masks, physical distancing and absorptive capacity specified for the location of the event.

In order to protect society from this disease and to avoid a rise in cases of the disease and the various preventive measures that may accompany it, such as preventing the establishment of some events and closing some activities and others, the Supreme Committee stresses the need to adhere to all decisions and not to be lenient in adhering to the precautionary precautionary measures.
