    • Oman’s Supreme Committee on Covid-19 issues new decisions, suspend all official and private sports activities from April 1, 2021

    Muscat: The Supreme Committee decides to suspend the direct attendance of students in private and international schools and limit access to education in them by distance learning, with the exception of students of the 12th grade, similar to government schools, provided that this decision takes effect from Sunday 4 April 2021 until further notice.

    The Supreme Committee decides to suspend official and private sports activities, starting tomorrow, Thursday, April 1, 2021, until further notice.

    The committee also decided to reduce the number of employees who are required to come to the workplace in the units of the state’s administrative apparatus and other public legal persons to 50% of the total number of employees, and this decision will be effective from Sunday 4 April 2021 until further notice.
