Oman to close all beaches, parks starting from tomorrow, February 11
Muscat: The Supreme Committee charged with examining the mechanism for dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) issued a new statement today and the following:
1- Closing beaches, parks and public parks in all governorates of the Sultanate, starting on Thursday, February 11, 2021, for a period of two weeks, and stressing the prevention of gatherings of all kinds in rest houses, farms, winter camps, farms, etc., and the committee recommends avoiding family gatherings in homes and other private places.
2- Reducing access to government and private auditor halls, and reducing the entry of visitors to centers, shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, hookah cafes and closed gyms to 50% of its capacity, starting from Friday morning, February 12, 2021 until further notice
