    HM The Sultan instructs authorities to launch e-platform to receiving complaints and suggestions in government institutions next year

    Muscat: HM The Sultan instructs the Council of Ministers and the authorities concerned to launch an electronic platform dedicated to receiving complaints and suggestions in government institutions during the coming year (2025).

    HM The Sultan stresses the importance of developing mechanisms to measure the level of satisfaction among beneficiaries of government services and aspects related to streamlining procedures in a manner that contributes to improving the rendered services.
