    Based on government directives, Nama Supply announces all subscribers the details regarding the additional discount for the months of July and August 2023:

    What categories of subscribers benefit from the government directives regarding the additional reduction in the value of consumption bills for the months of July and August?

    Residential category at the basic account rate. * Residential category at the basic account rate with national support.

    Does the discount include accounts linked to a prepaid meter?

    Yes, if the subscriber’s account is at the basic account rate or the basic account with national support, an additional balance will be issued equal to the value of the discount and subscribers will be contacted before the middle of the month November.

    In which invoice will the discount value be added?

    In the invoice for the month of October 2023, retroactively, which will be issued during the first half of November 2023.

    Is the subscriber required to take any action to guarantee the discount?

    It does not require any action by subscribers.

    What is the consumption period included in the discount?

    The discount includes the value of consumption for the period from July 2023 until August 31.

    How many accounts can I benefit from the discount?

    All accounts are at the basic account rate and the basic account with national support.
