    Muscat: Alert of potential heavy rains in the northern governorates of the Sultanate in the coming hours

    Heavy rains expected to hit some governments such as Muscat ,North South Batinah, North and South Sharqiyah, Dakhliyah , Dhahirah and Burami ,during next hours ,starting from 2 :00 pm to 7:00 pm : CAA

    The Civil Aviation Authority issued a warning of heavy rain and stated that due to the abundance of rain that is likely to fall (25-50 mm), which is accompanied by active to very fast downward winds, the gusts may range (30-45 knots) with hail falling and descending of some valleys with low horizontal visibility On parts of the governorates of Muscat, Al Dakhiliya, North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, North Ash Sharqiyah, South Ash Sharqiyah, Al Buraimi and Al Dhahirah in the coming hours.

    The Civil Aviation Authority called on everyone to take precautions and take precautions during thunderstorms, not to cross valleys, avoid low places, and not go to the sea.
