    Muscat: The General Directorate of Meteorology at the Civil Aviation Authority published its update on Tropical Cyclone Shaheen.

    Meteorology stated that the cyclone is about 330 km from the coast of Muscat, while the clouds are about 240 km away.

    Meanwhile, the ministry of transport, communication and information technology has activated emergency plan for the road sector, calling on all road-operating firms to provide necessary equipment and workforce to open and maintain all roads expected to get damaged by the tropical condition.
