    Muscat: Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomes formation of new presidential council in Yemen

    “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues a statement expressing the hope that the announcement of the establishment of a presidential leadership council in the sisterly Republic of Yemen will contribute to supporting the existing efforts to address the humanitarian situation and find a comprehensive political settlement that preserves Yemen’s unity, sovereignty and independence, in which all Yemeni parties participate and in a manner that meets the aspirations of the brotherly Yemeni people in security and stability, the statement said.
