    Muscat: Oman welcomes UN announcement of two-month truce in Yemen

    In a statement Oman news agency said: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Sultanate of Oman’s welcome to the announcement by H.E. Hans Grundberg, the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen, of a truce in the sisterly Republic of Yemen for a period of two months, praising the positive discussions held by the recent UN envoy in his visits to Muscat
