    Muscat: Oman will host the 2022 World Athletics Race Walking Team Championships in Muscat starting on 4-5 March 2022

    In a statement Oman news agency said: The World Walking Championships hosted by the Sultanate of Oman and organized by the International Association of Athletics Federations in cooperation with the Oman Athletics Federation will start on March 4 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in Madinat Al Irfan with the participation of 1,000 male and female runners from 60 countries and will last for two days.
