Oman wins eight awards at 15th GCC Radio, TV Festival

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Information, won eight awards at the 15th GCC Radio and Television Festival in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Sultanate of Oman Radio won the Silver Sheraa Award for “Frequencies of the Sultanate of Oman” in the “Radio Intervals – Flashes” category. The Silver Sheraa Award was shared equally for “Atheer Al Arabiya” program in the religious radio program category. It also won the Golden Sheraa Award for the series “Some People” is in the “Radio Social Drama” category.

The “Zaman” program for Sultanate of Oman TV won the Silver Sheraa Award for the “competition programs” category, and the “Al-Hadi” program for Sultanate of Oman TV won the Golden Sheraa Award in equal parts for the “Gulf Identity Cultural Programs” category.

The program “Towards the Light” for Sultanate of Oman TV also won the Silver Sheraa Award in equal parts for the category “Environmental Programs Our Gulf is Green” and the “Wind Gift” program for Sultanate of Oman TV, Oman Sports, “The Silver Sheraa Award in equal parts for the category of sports programs and the series “Listen and See.” Sultanate of Oman TV received the Silver Sail Award in the Comedy Drama category.
