High temperatures expected in Oman for next two days, especially at noon with a ranging between the mid-forties and early fifties degrees Celsius over the desert and open areas, said Oman Meteorology.
The Oman Meteorology advised to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
The highest temperatures recorded in the Sultanate of Oman during last 24 hours were 47.4 degrees Celsius in Fahud, 47.2 in Hamra ad Duru, 47.0 in Suniynah, 46.8 in Ibri, 46.7 in Qarn Alam, 46.6 in Adam, 46.3 in Dima wa Taeen and 46.1 IN Khasab.
