Omani Artists Highlight Cultural Creativity at Bahrain Art Exhibition
Manama: A number of Omani visual artists participated in the “Wasl 2” art exhibition currently being held in the Bahraini capital, Manama, upon an invitation from the Bahraini Businesswomen’s Society.
The exhibition featured the participation of Omani artists Naila Al Maamari, Halima Al Balushi and Fakhrataj Al Ismaili alongside artists from the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The participation aims to showcase Omani visual art and highlight its presence at both Arab and international levels, reflecting the artistic and cultural creativity represented in the Sultanate of Oman.
The exhibition, which runs until 19 May, represents an artistic and cultural platform that brings together Bahraini and Omani artistic experiences and highlights the diversity of artistic schools and styles presented by participants.
The event also contributes to supporting cultural and artistic activities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and strengthening cultural communication among artists from GCC countries.
