    Foreign Minister receives phone call from Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein

    Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a phone call today from Dr. Fuad Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly Republic of Iraq.

    During the call, the two sides focused on discussing the disturbing developments and the dangerous escalation in the Red Sea region and Yemen, and stressed the importance of restraint and not expanding the circle of conflict in the region, and addressing its causes, starting with stopping the Israeli aggression and the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip.
