Tehran: Within the context of the current official visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Omani-Iranian Joint Business Council today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Iran Khodro Industrial Group.
The MoU is related to conducting an economic and commercial feasibility study on finding a suitable platform for selling cars and after-sales service.
The MoU was signed by Mohammed Abdul Hussein Baqir, Head of the Omani side in the business council, and Alimardan Azimi, CEO of Iran Khodro Industrial Group.
The signing ceremony was attended by Qais Mohammed Al Yousuf, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, and Mahdi Niazi, Acting Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade in Iran.
