Omani philanthropist helps in free 38 prisoners return home

Muscat: A citizen from Al Dhahirah Governorate donated for the seventh year in a row for the release of 38 cases of insolvents who had accumulated debts for various reasons.

The Board of Directors of the Decommissioning Anguish initiative expressed its thanks for the constant cooperation of the philanthropist, individuals and various institutions for giving prisoners a chance to reunite with their families as financial issues had prevented them from meeting their families.

It is worth noting that the humanitarian initiative has succeeded in releasing more than 4,969 insolvents, and during this year it aims to release about 1,300 cases with the participation of community members and various institutions.
