    Omani photographer Nouf Bint Siyabiya wins the gold medal at the individual level – under 21 years old category – at the 41st FIAP Youth Biennial (FIAP) -Norway 2023.

    The photographer Nouf Bint Salem Al-Siyabiya won the medal, and also won two honorary awards at the level of the participating countries.
