Muscat: A team from student company “Etienne” at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Sohar invents a device that contributes to rescue fishermen in Oman, during sea fishing trips by installing the device in the fishing boats, and the device sends a distress signal to the concerned authorities to initiate the rescue process when an emergency occurs.
