The exhibition is attended by olive farmers, traders, olive press owners, individuals, companies and agricultural institutions working in the production, packaging and export of olive oil from the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Tunisia.

Tunisia came in the forefront of Arab countries producing and exporting olive oil and third at the global level in terms of production and export according to statistics from last year 2023 issued by the International Olive Council, which is an international organization that includes 44 countries in the world that cultivate, produce and export olives and olive oil.
