Omani Women Association of Al Kamil, Al Wafi prepares for a leadership skills program

Muscat: The Omani Women Association in the Wilayat of Al Kamil and Al Wafi is preparing to implement a leadership skills program from the 18th to the 20th March, with the participation of women entrepreneurs and owners of medium and small enterprises.

This program comes within the plans of the Omani Women Association in the Wilayat of Al Kamil and Al Wafi in the process of empowering women with the knowledge, skills and experiences that greatly help them in improving and developing their commercial work on their own projects and projects within which they work, and the program will focus heavily on leadership skills that help the leader in leading his business.

With all intelligence and quiet to achieve the goals set for the commercial project and create continuity in growth in general, the program will take place over three continuous days in the state of Al-Kamil and Al-Wafi, interspersed with specialized workshops, innovation and creativity laboratories, how to generate ideas and basic skills in leadership and other details that the program will work on, said Maryam Al-Hashemi President of the Women’s Association in the Wilayat of Al-Kamel and Al-Wafi that the leadership skills program is part of the association’s plans for the current year, which will greatly contribute to empowering women entrepreneurs and home, small and medium business owners in general. The program constitutes a new addition to the programs that are provided in a large number of countries Wilaya, which focuses on women because of their vital and leadership role in society, as well as continuously strengthening these roles.

The program will be organized by the Omani Women Association in the Wilayat of Al Kamil and Al Wafi, and in partnership with some relevant public and private sector institutions and the common interest in supporting and empowering women.
