Muscat: Oman’s Bank Dhofar says CEO Mr. Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, resigns for personal reasons – statement * Says appoints Mr Karumathil Gopakumar as acting CEO
In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “In line with the Executive Regulation of the Capital Market Law, we would like to inform that our CEO, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaili, has resigned from the Bank due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors has approved the same; his last working day is 5″ September 2024.
Mr Karumathil Gopakumar, the current Deputy CEO will be the Acting CEO with effect from 5!” September 2024″
