Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) grants operating permit to Royal Balloon, the company met all conditions that are required for such services, CAA said.
In a statement CAA said: “To enhance the tourism sector and economic diversification in the Sultanate of Oman; The Civil Aviation Authority announced that it had granted the “Royal Ballon” company a commercial operation permit after completing the requirements for granting the license in accordance with the obligations set by the Civil Aviation Authority.””
The company had started its experimental work last November in the Wilayat of Bidiyah in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, in the framework of supporting tourism, economic and recreational investment in the governorate.
