    • Oman’s EA chairman Abdullah Al Amri among Forbes 10 Sustainability leaders in government in the Middle East

    Muscat: HE.Dr Abdullah bin Ali al Omari, Environment Authority Chairman, is among 10 leaders in government who promote sustainability in the Middle East region.

    Forbes said: “The Environment Authority was established in 2020 to develop plans and programs to protect the environment and preserve its natural resources. It will start the “Oman Conference for Environmental Sustainability; Decarbonization” conference in February 2024, which aims to promote the adoption of low-carbon technologies, strategies, and policies to achieve decarbonization. The authority has environmental campaigns, including clean sea, sea turtle returns, and Qurum culture.
