    • Oman’s EA organizes workshop to discuss draft waste management law

    Muscat: The Environment Authority organized a workshop to discuss the draft waste management law, updating the national waste management policy, and the Oman Environment Strategy, with the participation of a number of government and private agencies and in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Chairman of the Authority.

    The workshop aimed to present and discuss the terms and provisions of the draft waste management law to ensure the establishment of an integrated regulatory framework for managing the sector, and developing the value-added chain system for waste management in order to achieve sound and environmentally sustainable management.
