    • Oman’s Embassy in Syria Marks 54th National Day

    Damascus: His Excellency Ambassador Turki bin Mahmoud Al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Syrian Arab Republic, held a reception on the occasion of the 54th Glorious National Day.

    The ceremony was attended by Dr. Bouthaina Shaaban, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic, Mansour Azzam, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, and Dr. Diala Barakat, Minister of Culture, accompanied by Minister of Economy Mohammad Rabie Qalaaji and Minister of Information Ziad Ghosn.

    The ceremony was also attended by representatives and members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited to Syria, heads and representatives of international and humanitarian organizations, and a number of intellectuals, academics, businessmen, media professionals and artists.
