    Muscat:  The Food Safety and Quality Center has warned of the possible contamination of Kinder Surprise Maxi 100gm, which has an expiry date of October 1, 2022, may be contaminated with salmonella bacteria, according to the following data:

    Based on technical information and international notifications, the center’s specialists have taken the necessary measures to ensure that the market is free of this product, according to the batch numbers L004L03 – L005L03-AD, the country of manufacture is Belgium, and the center calls on consumers in case of finding the product to avoid it, dispose of it and report it.

    Several days ago, international media and news agencies reported that the Kinder Surprise chocolate egg, which is loved by children and adults, was linked to salmonella bacteria, with the result that this product was withdrawn from European, then Arab and Gulf markets.
