    • Oman’s Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Receives US Official

    Muscat: Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs received at the general diwan of the ministry today Daniel Benaim, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Peninsula Affairs.

    The meeting discussed the repercussions of the Israeli war on Gaza and the efforts made to cease fire. The two sides also touched on cooperation between Oman and the US in various areas and means of developing them.

    The meeting was attended by Ana Escrogima, Ambassador-designate of the United States of America to the Sultanate of Oman and a number of officials from both sides.
