    • Oman’s Health Minister Meets Forward Thinking Officials

    Muscat: H.E.Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Sa’eedi, Minister of Health, held a meeting here today with the team of Forward Thinking Organization which organizes Helsinki Policy Forum (HPF)

    The meeting addressed existing cooperation and means of promoting it within the HPF Health Working Group. The meeting brings together representatives of countries and non-governmental institutions, It is convened periodically to discuss issues of concern to global health and to draft recommendations on enhancing health policies and serving public health at national and international levels.

    The meeting reviewed the Global Health for Peace Initiative, launched by the Sultanate of Oman in 2019 and was later endorsed by the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Executive Board in January 2022
