The Minister of Labor to issue a contract to fill permanent jobs for Omanis

Muscat: His Excellency Dr. Mahad bin Said bin Ali Baawain, Minister of Labor, issued Ministerial Resolution No. 97/2022 issuing a contract form for occupying permanent jobs for Omanis.

The first article of the decision stipulates that the Omani occupation of permanent jobs shall be by contracts in units of the state’s administrative apparatus and other public legal persons, according to the attached contract form:

The second article, it stipulates that the decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.

It is noteworthy that this decision was based on Royal Decree No. 89/2020 establishing the Ministry of Labor, defining its terms of reference and approving its organizational structure.
