Oman’s Minister of Transport inspects road projects in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate

Muscat: Eng. Said bin Hamoud bin Said Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, within the program of field visits to the governorates on Monday, inspects the road projects in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, accompanied by His Excellency Eng. Khamis bin Mohammed Al Shamakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology for Transport, and a number of specialists in the Ministry.

During the visit; His Excellency met with His Excellency Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al-Hajri, Governor of the Interior, in his office, in the presence of the members of the Municipal Council. The Owaisan link, the Ezz-Manah road rehabilitation project, and the periodic maintenance program in the governorate. A number of road tracks were identified in the states of Nizwa, Manah and Izki, and a number of citizens were met and listened to their needs for road projects and maintenance.
