Muscat: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources intends to launch a service for verifying academic certificates for veterinarians and auxiliary veterinary medical professions, starting from August, to support the development process of the veterinary services sector.
The Ministry and Dataflow Group signed an agreement today to provide the primary source verification service for professional certificates and documents.
On the agreement, Dr. Ahmed bin Saif Al Ameri, Director of the Animal Health Department at the Ministry, said: A contract was concluded between the Ministry and Dataflow Group (an international company specialized in verifying certificates) in order to provide a verification service for holders of academic certificates for applicants to work in the Sultanate of Oman before obtaining a license to practice the medical profession.
Veterinarians and auxiliary veterinary medical professions from the Ministry. Al-Amri explained that this step is pioneering at the level of the countries of the region in verifying the main source of scientific certificates for all veterinary specialties, and this would benefit the livestock sector in the Sultanate of Oman and serve its breeders through safe professional practice.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources is keen to attract experienced human resources to work in the field of veterinary health care in the Sultanate of Oman, and from this standpoint came the contract with Data Flow Group, which is a strategic partner for regulatory authorities in the world in the field of verifying scientific and practical documents and information from the source.
