    Muscat: Oman’s Ministry of Heritage and Tourism calls for evacuation of all hotels located near coastal areas

    The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism called on all hotel establishments located on the coastal areas from the Muscat Governorate to North Al Batinah to evacuate inmates and visitors to alternative accommodation centers that are safer from the effects of the tropical situation. This is due to the impact of some governorates of the Sultanate on the tropical situation, the intensity of the accompanying winds, the expected heavy rain, the high sea level and the extension of the sea tide over distances on land, said in the statement Ministry of Heritage and Tourism
