Oman’s Ministry offers investment opportunities in North Sharqiyah

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has offered investment opportunities for fisheries projects in the wilayat of Sinaw and Al Mudhaibi in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

The investment opportunities were listed on the Ministry’s e-platform ‘Tatweer’

By offering these two investment opportunities in the two wilayats, the Ministry aims to boost fisheries activities and to enhance services offered to citizens and residents and encourage the private sector to invest in basic services supporting the fishery sector.

The proposed investment opportunities will contribute to increasing production in various fishery and other investment activities in the states of Al Mudhaibi and Sinaw, and will work to supply the local and neighboring markets with fish products that contribute to enhancing food security and creating added value for specific projects in the fisheries sector in the Sultanate of Oman.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning recently announced “40” investment opportunities in various governorates through the ‘Tatweer’ e-platform. This was done in cooperation with the Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries and Water Resources.
