    • Oman’s MOL organized workshop on National System for Institutional Innovation and Managing change

    Muscat: A workshop kicked off today on the national system for institutional innovation and managing change.

    The two-day workshop is organized by the Ministry of Labour. It reviews practices and research in line with Oman vision 2040.

    The workshop is attended by 350 participants and 37 public and private establishments concerned with administrative practices related to developing government performance.

    Through various working papers, the event discusses the matter of institutional innovation, as well as experiences and methods of innovation and change. It also highlights the roles of artificial intelligence (AI) in government work environments.
