    Muscat: The Ministry of Labor organizes “Capacity Building and Talent Management” conference under the patronage of His Excellency Sayyid Ibrahim bin Saeed Al Busaidi – Governor of Musandam – and in the presence of His Excellency Sayyid Salem bin Muslim Al Busaidi – Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor for Human Resources Development – General Supervisor of the conference.

    The organization of the conference comes as one of the most important means to get acquainted with the latest developments and developments in the field of capacity building and talent management, as the conference will address relevant topics and working papers, and review a number of international experiences; To achieve the strategic direction of vision 2040 “comprehensive and sustainable learning and scientific research that leads to a knowledge society and competitive national capabilities locally and globally.”
