Oman’s NRAA receives Palestinian delegation

Muscat: HE Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Dhawyani, Chairman of the National Records and Archives Authority, received the delegation of the sisterly State of Palestine headed by Issa Qaraqe, Head of the Palestinian National Library, and his accompanying delegation, which is currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman.

During its visit to the National Documents and Archives Authority, the delegation was briefed on the Sultanate’s experience in the field of managing and preserving documents and managing electronic documents.

The delegation’s program included an exploratory tour of the various specialized and technical departments of the authority, and a visual presentation that talks about the authority, its most important goals, specializations, and the work it carries out, in addition to a reconnaissance tour in the permanent exhibition of national documents and archives, through which they learned about the historical and cultural heritage that the Sultanate abounds in.
