Muscat: Foreign truck driver can now obtain an entry visa to Saudi Arabia through the Embassy of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Sultanate of Oman, instead of from the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI).
The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has said in the statement to business owners, in which it said that it has stopped issuance of entry visas to Saudi lands through land ports for foreign truck drivers, whether it is the last destination or temporary transit.
The Chamber said that foreign truck drivers must obtain visas through the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Sultanate, according to the memorandum issued by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Muscat.
