Oman’s Shura Council Office to Be Formed, Heads of Committees Elected on 15 November

Muscat: On Wednesday 15 November 2023, the Shura Council will hold its first regular session of the first annual convening (2023/2024) of the 10th Term (2023-2027).

The session will see the formation of the Shura Council’s Office through the election of six members who complete the membership of the Office during its first half term.

The session will also include the election of heads of committees and their deputies. This was unveiled by Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Al Nadabi, Secretary-General of the Shura Council.

During the first session, the members of the Council will be briefed about the draft of the State’s general budget 2024 forwarded by the Council of Ministers. – ONA
