    • Oman’s Supreme Committee lift the closure on Dhofar Governorate from 1 October

    Muscat: His Excellency Sayyid Hammoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, chaired a joint meeting of the Supreme Committee in charge of discussing a mechanism for dealing with developments resulting from the spread of Coronavirus (Covid 19) and the emanating committee that deals with the economic effects resulting from the Corona pandemic.

    The committee also reviewed health and epidemiological indicators and data in the Dhofar Governorate and the efforts made by all sectors to confront this pandemic, and in order to facilitate the movement of citizens and residents, the committee decided to lift the closure on the Dhofar Governorate starting on Thursday 1st October 2020, Individuals and institutions need to adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures that ensure the safety of everyone.
